End User License Agreement

This licence covers the Milelog application published by GenesisFlō. Apple requires every App Store app to carry either Apple's standard EULA or the developer's own. This is ours.

The licence you get

A non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Milelog on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's Usage Rules. It is licensed to you, not sold.

Family Sharing applies where Apple enables it.

What you may not do

• Copy, distribute, resell, rent, lease or sublicense the app.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notice in it.
• Use it to produce records you know to be false.

Your data

Milelog stores your records on your device and transmits none of them to us. We have no access to them and claim no rights over them. See the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In particular, no warranty is given that every drive will be detected. Automatic detection depends on your device's sensors, the permissions you grant, your battery settings, and operating system behaviour outside our control. Review your log rather than assuming it is complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenesisFlō is not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use Milelog. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Apple's role

You and GenesisFlō acknowledge that this licence is between you and GenesisFlō, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Milelog.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the app, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling or discharging any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this licence, and upon your acceptance Apple has the right to enforce it against you as such.

Termination

This licence ends if you breach it, or when you delete the app. Your records remain on your device until you remove them.
